Cottage 2

This lake front cottage sleeps 4 to 6 people. It includes two bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed in each room.

Cottage 3

Cottage 3 is found just off the beach with a lake front view. It sleeps 5 to 8 people in the 2 bedrooms — one room has a queen bed and a set of single bunk beds, and the second room has 2 double beds.

Cottage 4

This cottage is located near the boat docks and has a beautiful view of the creek. It sleeps 6 to 8 people in the 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a set of single bunk beds.

Cottage 5

This cottage can be rented as a single cottage or as a duplex with cottage 6. It sleeps 6 to 8 people in the 2 bedrooms — each bedroom has a double bed and a set of single bunk beds.

Cottages 5 and 6 can remain completely private or you can use the inside connecting door if you are with a larger group or on a multi-family vacation.

Cottage 6

This cottage can be rented as a single cottage or as a duplex with cottage 5. It sleeps 6 to 8 people in the 2 bedrooms — each bedroom has a double bed and a set of single bunk beds.

Cottages 5 and 6 can remain completely private or you can use the inside connecting door if you are with a larger group or on a multi-family vacation.

Reservations

All cottage reservations are accepted upon receipt of a $400.00 deposit paid by credit card or e-transfer and when confirmation is provided by Greening Bay Cottages. Greening Bay Cottages reserves the right to substitute accommodations and/or equipment if a situation occurs out of their control. 

Weekly cottage reservations are based upon one immediate family per unit or as indicated at time of booking. Additional day guests or overnight visitors are subjected to a minimal/additional charge at the discretion of Greening Bay Cottages.

Summer arrival: 3:00 p.m. check in  

Summer departure: 9:00 a.m. check out

Arrival and departure times are negotiable dependent on reservations and are at the sole discretion of Greening Bay Cottages office staff; changes to these times must be discussed prior to your arrival. If arrangements are not discussed in advance, please be prepared to wait until 2:00 p.m. for your cottage. Late check outs are subject to additional charges per hour.  

 Greening Bay Cottages reserves the right to negotiate pricing at their discretion. All rights reserved. 

Cancellations

The cancellation of a reservation must be made 60 days prior to the reservation date to be eligible for a return of the deposit minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the date of check in, the deposit can be transferred to an alternate week providing the requested dates are available in the current season. The date can only be moved once; if a request to cancel is made after the first adjustment, the entire deposit is forfeited. 

If a cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the check in date or “no shows”, the renter is responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less the deposit received. Your authorization on the phone to charge your credit card for the deposit is an indication that you have agreed to our booking policies.

Liability and Damages

All guests receive orientation and are required to sign liability waivers upon arrival. Any guest not complying with the regulations or any damages incurred to property of Greening Bay Cottages through the fault of a guest will require fair and equal reimbursement, which is due and payable prior to departure.
